- Summary of your key concern
- Any specific date where you need support, eg an upcoming meeting
- If you have protected characteristics under the Equalities Act
Data protection
The personal data you share with us will only be accessible to relevant elected Branch Officers managing and allocating our advice and accompanying work. This will be treated in confidence. It will be stored on Branch systems, independent of, and separate to, FCA and PSR systems. It will not be disclosed to your employer, or to Unite the Union, without your explicit permission unless we have immediate concern for your wellbeing and safety. We will collect non-identifiable meta-data on cases for the purposes of informing our collective representation work. You can request to have your information deleted at any time. We will delete your name and contact details from the case tracker once closed. One year after case closure, we will delete your request for support from our records.
