Unite the FCA
With Unite the Union we can unite the FCA
Unite is the union for staff at the Financial Conduct Authority and Payment Systems Regulator
This site is for people working at the FCA and PSR who want to have their say over how their workplace is run. Unite is dedicated to advancing the jobs, pay and conditions of its members and will fight back against any efforts to diminish workers’ living standards.
Check out our latest news to learn more about Unite and what we do.
Unite already represents hundreds of colleagues at the FCA and PSR, and is campaigning to have the FCA recognise it for collective bargaining. If you want your employer to agree to provide a voice for their workforce and recognise Unite for collective bargaining then sign up for our newsletter to get involved in our recognition campaign.
Sign up to the newsletter
You don’t have to be a member of the union to keep up with what Unite is doing for your colleagues. If you want to sign up for our monthly newsletter then you can do it from our Pulse page on the staff network. Simply search for ‘Unite’ and you’ll see the link to our Unite the Union Page.
Reasons to join
New members are always welcome. If you want to see what you could get from being a member of Unite then here are ten very good reasons to join Unite and you can join Unite here today.
If you are already a member of Unite, view your profile on My Unite to check that you are listed under our Branch (LE/7134 or Financial Conduct Authority) and update your workplace if necessary.
