About these events

This is a Town Hall for all FCA and PSR colleagues looking to see what Unite the Union is doing for them. Regardless of whether you’re a member or not, we want to stand for all colleagues and give hope at this time.

Many of you have heard a little bit here and there about the activities of Unite in the FCA and PSR and understandably have questions. Unite mebers are

On the 4th and 5th May, hundreds of FCA and PSR staff will walk out in protest against punishing pay cuts, calling for respect, representation and a better offer.

These will be the first strikes in the FCA’s history and will be followed by continuous working to rule (sticking strictly to our contractual hours).

These Town Hall sessions are a chance to find out more about what industrial action means to you. You do not have to be a member of Unite to join our Town Hall, in fact this event is all about ensuring non-member colleagues have the information they need.

We hope that FCA leadership will be receptive to our calls to talk and negotiate a solution before any action can take place, but in case they do not, we hope these Town Halls help staff to prepare and potentially join our action.

In recent months hundreds of your colleagues have joined the Union and this is your opportunity to consider joining us too at a crucial moment for the FCA and PSR.
